1. What this is
Capstone Social Scheduler is a private tool that Capstone Consulting uses to schedule and publish its own content to its own TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. It is not available for sign-up and has no users other than Capstone Consulting.
2. Use
The app is used only by Capstone Consulting, only for accounts it owns or is authorized to manage, and only in line with the TikTok, Meta (Instagram) and LinkedIn developer and platform terms. Every post is reviewed and approved by a person before it is scheduled.
3. Content
Capstone Consulting is responsible for everything it publishes through the app, including having the consent of anyone featured in it.
4. No warranty
The app is provided as-is for internal use, without warranties of any kind.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
